This is my contest entry for 's contest
I chose to design a princess dress for her fan senshi Neo Sailor Earth/Princess Matsu ^_^
The top layer is supposed to be sheer... but whatevs! I wanted to make a fancy dress because in her profile it says that she like to try and outshine Chibiusa
