This is a pic I did for 
to thank her for my 3 month subscription! 
THANK YOU SO MUCH!! 
It is her character, Roxy, as Sailor Rainbow
I know is going to do her own Sailor Rainbow using this character but I just had an idea in mind so I did it 
Roxy (c) :icondavisjess: and she can have the design for the staff and fuku too
Drawn on Bristol Board, colored with PrismaColor markers, and the background was done with Photo Shop
I didn't make the PS brushes, please view the list of people's brushes I've used in my journal!
