Description
Here's one of Sailor Chibi Celestial's attacks!
She yells "Twilight Ribbon Dance" while dancing around with her little Celestial Gift Rattle. The little balls inside the rattle turn into ribbons that tie up the enemy making it easier for Sailor Moon (or whoever) to attack ^_^
I did have a reference pic for the pose...it was a fanart of Chibi Moon but I don't know who did it since it's been on a floppy from my old computer back in 2000......but I give credit to who ever came up with this fantastic pose!
