Ok, so this was a character I made up back in 1999 to be Sailor Saturn/Hotaru's mom BEFORE I had known that Sailor Saturn goes super in Sailor Stars 
The 1st episode I had seen of Stars was when Chibi Chibi arrived, that's what gave me the idea for the "odango" style...it was a mix between Chibi Chibi and human Luna from the S movie actually I will probably re-draw her at some point but NOT as "Super Sailor Saturn" but as a different character
